BACKGROUND 

Lauren began her career in wellness, studying Fitness & Health and working as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Consultant, and Spinning Instructor before launching Flex Training, her own private training business. This early experience gave her a strong foundation in balance, discipline, and entrepreneurship.

She later expanded into Fashion Marketing and Creative Writing, blending creativity with strategy to support brands through content and consulting. Spotting the need for authentic digital storytelling, she founded 2Social, Toronto’s first social media–first agency, helping celebrated brands build meaningful connections with their audiences.

Today, Lauren combines her background in wellness with over 15 years of marketing and entrepreneurial expertise to help leaders and creatives build brands that thrive online and align with a sustainable lifestyle.

Today, Lauren’s focus is on consulting with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and experts to help them thoughtfully develop their personal brands and express them authentically across social media and beyond. She also leads as a founder at 2Social, Toronto’s first social-first agency, and NXTdoor Social, a talent and brand development agency. Through these ventures and her one-on-one consulting, Lauren continues to guide clients in building brands that are not only impactful and profitable but also aligned with a sustainable and balanced lifestyle.
